Sterling group was established in 1965 by Mr. B Kumar, a civil engineer with extensive knowledge with India’s leading civil service in design, production of river valley projects, townships, industrial buildings, bridges etc. the company was set up to deal with real estate , design , building, marketing of domestic bed-sitters, assimilated municipalities, resorts etc.
Starting as a partnership firm, was established as a public limited company in 1992, with a paid up capital of 4.46 cr. The company is managed by a board comprising eminent and qualified engineers, architects, management experts. In last 45 yrs the company has achieved trail blazing success in completing over 50 projects comprising multistoried apartments, commercial centers, townships, clubs, resorts, etc.
The company commands high reputation and trust in field of real estate, clubs, and hospitality, many of its projects are considered landmarks in city of Ahmedabad viz: sunrise park, township, sterling multi-specialty hospital, Greenwoods club and lake resort.
The company also promoted designed and constructed the10 storied Sterling hospital at Ahmedabad, which is cities’s N0. 1 super specialty with 250 bed hospital.
